About Us

Walk for Arcause is designed as a campaign for awareness on the role good design can play in changing lives. To kick off this movement, Architect Gita Balakrishnan will be walking the 1700 km long journey from Kolkata to Delhi from mid-February to April 2022, bringing together Architects for a Cause and for the Cause of Architects. This will not be a walk for one, but a movement for the entire architecture and design fraternity to bring the focus on architects in the social realm and on Architectural Social Responsibility.
